Bio Statement

Dr. Samuels is a Professor of Diagnostic Radiology at the Department of Diagnostic Radiology, the Division of Diagnostic Imaging of The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, in Houston, Texas. A radiologist with forty-three years of practice in his specialty, he has research interests in Lymphoma and Lymphoproliferative diseases. Dr. Samuels is a graduate of the University of Michigan Medical School at Ann Arbor, MI and completed his clinical residency in radiology at the University of California Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA and his nuclear radiology residency at William Beaumont Medical Center. He is certified in Radiology and Diagnostic Radiology with Special Competence in Nuclear Radiology by the American Board of Radiology. Dr. Samuels has over 58 papers and book chapters published and he is also an active member of the Radiological Society of North America, American Roentgen Ray Society, and the American College of Radiology.
