Present Title & Affiliation
Dr. Calin's main research interests are: 1) the involvementof non-coding RNAs in human diseases in general and of microRNAs in humancancers in particular, 2) the study of familial predisposition to humancancers, 3) the identification of ncRNA biomarkers in body fluids, and 4) thedevelopment of new RNA-basedtherapeutic options for cancer patients.
