      Research Interests


      Our laboratory primarily seeks to define novel combination therapies against cholangiocarcinoma, melanoma, and colon cancer. The basis of our work mainly leverages sophisticated mouse models, bioinformatics, and human samples to identify, test, and validate new modalities. Previous work focused on MEK and BRAF inhibitors for melanoma, and our current projects expand to immunotherapies, epigenetically-targeted therapies, and drug resistance. The ultimate goal is to initiate clinical trials that will improve both patient survival and quality of life.
