      About Dr. Kim Learned

      Dr. Kim Learned is Neuroradiologist interested in Skull Base Imaging which combines knowledge in both Head & Neck and Central Nervous System advanced medical diagnostics. She has been provided expert diagnosis and innovative image-guided technique for safe and successful biopsy of challenging neck pathologies for over 10 years. Dr. Learned graduated with Summa Cum Laude Honor with double majors of Bachelor of Sciences in Biology and Bachelor of Arts in Literature from University of Memphis, TN. She earned her MD degree from University of Tennessee College of Medicine and Diagnostic Radiology Residency University of Texas, Health Science Center at Houston, and Neuroradiology Fellowship at University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA. She joined PENN faculty in 2010 and subsequently MD Anderson Diagnostic Imaging faculty in 2018. She has vast experience in administrative and leadership roles in Quality Assurance, Clinical and Educational directorships, service lines and steering committees. Dr. Learned serves in Education Committees of radiology national society ASNR, ASHNR, RSNA, Evidence-Based Medicine Committee and American College of Radiology Economics Committee on Ultrasound.
