About Dr. Huang
Monica L. Huang, MD began her career in 2000 as Baylor College of Medicine (BCM) faculty following her Diagnostic Radiology residency at BCM and Body Cross-Sectional (US/MR/CT) fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Later, she completed Breast Imaging fellowship at MD Anderson Cancer Center (MDACC). For over a decade, she was in private practice operating out of the St. Luke’s Episcopal Hospitals in the Texas Medical Center (TMC) and Woodlands and Sugar Land communities, dedicated to Body/Breast imaging and interventions. As Director of Ultrasound and BCM Body Imaging Fellowship at St. Luke’s, she continued to teach technologists, residents and fellows. After joining MDACC as faculty, she served as Medical Director of Diagnostic Imaging West Houston 2014-2015 and as Medical Director of Ben and Julie Rogers Breast Diagnostic Clinic at TMC 2016-2017. In 2021, she founded the Department of Breast Imaging Breast Cryoablation Program and serves as its Director.
