About Dr. Carl Zehner
Carl Zehner, MD, is an Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Department of Cardiology. Dr. Zehner received his medical degree at Emory University School of Medicine and completed his internal medicine residency at Baylor College of Medicine. He then completed his clinical fellowship in cardiovascular disease at UT Health Science Center at Houston. Dr. Zehner specializes in cardiovascular imaging, including echocardiography, nuclear cardiology and vascular ultrasound. His research will focus on infiltrative cardiomyopathies and pericardial disease.
