About Dr. Jerry Ignatius
Jerry Ignatius is an assistant professor in the department of Psychiatry at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. He finished his medical school training at the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his General Psychiatry Residency training at The University of Texas Medical Branch. He completed his fellowship training in Psychiatric-Oncology at MD Anderson Cancer Center. His interests are in Demoralization and Depression in Cancer Patients and psychotherapies such as Psychodrama and those used to ameliorate Demoralization.
