Dr. Shay is the best, I went in to do a pre-op exam and in my best interest, he advised to postpone it. I did not follow Dr instructions and my lymphedema went up. So my surgery will be rescheduled and I have to start occupational therapy again.
Helpful, genuine concern for my well being. Took time to explain all avenues and aspects of my surgery.
My concerns are always addressed. Everyone is very kind.
He wanted everything to be perfect. I think he takes great pride in his work and I get the benefit from that.
Dr. Shay is compassionate and is encouraging. He seems genuinely concerned about my healing process.
