About Dr. Kundu
As a faculty member at MD Anderson Cancer Center, I have truly enjoyed being an integral team member in cancer care. After completing a residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston from 2004-2008, I received my board certification in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology and went on to pursue a Surgical Pathology fellowship at MD Anderson from 2008-2009. From 2009-2010, I completed a Cytopathology fellowship at MD Anderson and received my subspecialty board certification in Cytopathology in 2010. Currently I am an Associate Professor in the section of Cytopathology with a specific interest in endoscopic ultrasound guided fine needle aspirations of the gastrointestinal tract. I also provide mentorship and teaching to residents and fellows in Cytopathology along with collaborating on research protocols here at MD Anderson.
