Dr. Shuck is a very caring and wonderful doctor who explains everything even if you think it may be a stupid question he always validates that there is no dumb question coming from the patient.

far as contact and communication goes, I mainly contact this office through my chart messages. Sometimes it is a 24 to 48 hour answer and when I call them on the phone, I'll get a return call that same day.

Dr. Shuck and PA Rachel listened to all my concerns and answered all the questions I had regarding my surgery. I was feeling nervous but after I talked to them I left the office feeling ready for my surgery.
My provider was excellent. He explained everything very well and in detail. He's very attentive.
